- 1 cabbage (medium size)
- 1 onion (purple)
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. Wesson oil
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Shred cabbage, onion and green pepper.

2In large bowl, add sugar over top.

3Do not stir.

4Put in saucepan the oil, vinegar, salt, celery seed and dry mustard.

5Pour over shredded cabbage, onion and peppers.

6Do not stir.

7Refrigerate overnight.

8Then stir together and serve.
