  • 6 strips bacon
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach

Directions

    Fry bacon until crisp and remove from skillet.

    Crumble; set aside.

    In bacon drippings, blend in flour.

    Slowly add milk, stirring to make a smooth sauce.

    Add salt, pepper and chopped onion.

    Cook spinach following directions.

    Add cream sauce and let simmer until thick (5 to 8 minutes).

    Serve and top with crumbled bacon.
