German Venison Steak

- 8 medium-size venison steaks
- 1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
- 14 oz. water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. beef broth granules
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. onion flakes
Directions

1Combine catsup, water, onion, sugar and pepper in saucepan. Simmer for 15 minutes.

2Combine beef broth granules, cracker crumbs and onion flakes.

3Beat eggs.

4Dip steaks in eggs.

5Roll in cracker crumb mixture.

6Place in skillet and brown on both sides. Remove to baking dish.

7Cover with sauce and bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
