Ghostly Mashed Potatoes

  • 3 pounds all potato purpos
  • 1/2 cup hellmann's or best foods real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup i can't believe it's not butter! spread
  • 2 pitted ripe olives

Directions

    Cover potatoes with water in 4-quart saucepot; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 15 minutes or until potatoes are very tender; drain.

    Return potatoes to saucepot; mash. Stir in remaining ingredients except olives. On serving platter, pipe or spoon potato mixture into ''ghosts''. Press 2 olive slices onto each ghost for ''eyes''.
