- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Grease 2 popover pans.

2Each pan holds six 5-ounce cups.

3In a large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat eggs until frothy.

4Beat in milk and butter.

5At low speed, beat flour and salt into egg, milk and butter mixture.

6Fill cups until half filled.

7Bake for 35 minutes at 375°.

8Make slit in each popover to let steam out. Bake 5 minutes more.

9Remove popovers from pans immediately.
