Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese (grated)
- salt and pepper
- a little parsley
- 16 giant shells
- 1 qt. spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In frying pan, brown ground beef and onion in oil.

2In a bowl, combine beef and onion with bread crumbs, eggs, Mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper and parsley.

3In the meantime, cook shells according to package instructions.

4Fill each shell with meat filling.

5In baking dish, spread sauce on the bottom.

6Arrange filled shells in single layer.

7Pour remaining sauce on top of shells.

8Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

9Bake, covered, in a 350° oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.
