Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 (48 ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 1 (48 ounce) can grapefruit juice
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, undrained
  • 2 cups gin
  • 1 (33 7/8 ounce) bottle ginger ale, chilled

Directions

    Combine the water and sugar in large saucepan.

    Bring to boil and stir until dissolved; cool.

    Combine sugar mixture, juices and cherries, chill.

    Add gin and ginger ale just before serving.
