- 1/2 Green Pepper, sliced
- 1/2 Red Pepper, sliced
- 1/2 White Onion, sliced
- 1 bag Dried Salted Codfish
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
Directions

1Boil codfish for one hour and pour out water.

2Let is sit in a fresh water for 12 hours.

3Pour olive oil into a pot with 1/4 cup of water.

4Add okra, pepper and onions.

5Let it cook in vapor for 20 minutes and add codfish.

6Let cook for another 15 minutes or until onions and peppers are well cooked.
