  • 1 cup water
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 12 ounces ginger ale

Directions

    In a medium saucepan combine water and sugar.

    Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in ginger ale.

    Pour ginger ale mixture into a 2 quart baking dish.

    Cover and freeze about 6 hours or until completely frozen, stirring after 2 hours.

    Just before serving, break up mixture with a fork until fluffy.
