  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1/3 c. Minute tapioca
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 c. rhubarb
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla

    Cook 25 to 30 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
