- 1/2 chicken breast, cut up
- 6 carrots, sliced (julienne style)
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 stock broccoli, cut up
- small bunch green onions, sliced and cut in 1/2-inch
- 1 spoon ground ginger
- 1 can Vernors ginger ale (regular or diet)
- 1 c. Minute rice
Directions

1Spray pan with Pam.

2In large skillet, brown chicken and remove from pan.

3Using same pan, add julienned carrots, mushrooms, broccoli and green onions.

4Brown and add ginger and ginger ale (Vernors, regular or diet).

5Boil.

6Turn off.

7Move vegetables to the side of pan and put rice in center of pan.

8Cover for 5 minutes.

9Mix and serve.
