Ingredients
- 1 frying chicken, cut up into small pieces (1/2 or 1/3 the size of a regular piece)
- salt
- flour
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1/4 c. water (add more if needed)
- 3 slices ginger, minced
- 3 stalks green onion, chopped
- 2 to 3 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Cut chicken into small pieces.

2Sprinkle with salt and flour. Deep fry until golden brown.

3Place the chicken in another pan and add a mixture of soy sauce, sherry, water, ginger, green onion and sugar.

4Heat the pan (or wok).

5Add chicken and other ingredients. Stir slowly until sauce begins to dry up.

6If it dries up too quickly, add a little more water.

7Great the next day for a picnic.

8Serves 4 to 6.
