- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- oil (for frying)
Directions

1In large bowl combine chicken, egg, green onion and spices.

2Heat oil to 375 degrees.

3Carefully put heaping teaspoons of mixture in hot oil.

4Cook 8-10 at a time until golden brown and juices are no longer pink.

5Drain on paper towels.

6Serve with Chinese hot mustard or gingered soy sauce.
