- 2/3 cups Canola Oil
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 4 Tablespoons Molasses
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, Ground
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Ginger, Ground
- Sugar For Dipping
Directions

1Mix oil with sugar, add egg and beat well. Stir in molasses.

2Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg/molasses mixture.

3Form balls ~ drop and roll in sugar.

4Bake in a 350F oven for 10-12 minutes

5Depends on if you want them soft or crunchy...I like them sorta crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside so I take them out around 10 minutes. 12 minutes will give you a Ginger Snap.
