  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg (unbeaten)
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • sugar (used to roll dough in)

    Cream shortening and sugar.

    Beat in eggs and molasses.

    Form into 1-inch balls.
