- 3 cups celery, diced
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 6 tablespoons candied ginger, finely chopped
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 3 cups sour cream
- paprika
- lettuce
Directions

1Combine chicken, celery, salt and pepper.

2Chill for 2 hours.

3Just before serving, combine honey, ginger and sour cream.

4Stir half of ginger mixture into chicken mixture.
