  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. confectioners powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding (you may use chocolate or your choice of pudding)
  • 3 c. milk

    For pie crust, mix together 1/4 cup pecans, flour and margarine (melted).

    Place the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Spread out over dish with hand to make a crust. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Let cool completely.
