  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. molasses
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ginger

Directions

    Beat egg, oil and sugar together.

    Add molasses and stir.

    Add dry ingredients.

    Roll into walnut size balls, dip in sugar and put on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes or until done.

    Should be cracked on top.
