- 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. candied ginger
- Waverly Wafers or other mild cracker
- sliced almonds, optional as frosting when ready to serve
Directions

1Sliver or mince candied ginger.

2Cut cream cheese in chunks and set aside to soften.

3Mix 3 ingredients together and let stand in refrigerator 2 to 3 days to mingle flavors.

4Serve in ball, or flattened ball, frosted with sliced almonds if desired.

5Waverly Wafers or any slightly sweet, non-salty crackers to accompany. Good with white wine.
