Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato paste

Directions

    Cut onion and celery into small pieces.

    Blend all ingredients in blender or processor at medium speed for 2 minutes. Refrigerate.

    Will keep 1 week.
