- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. chicken broth or 1 chicken cube mixed with 1/3 c. hot water
- 1/3 c. minced fresh ginger root
- 4 small cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 3/4 balsamic or white vinegar
- 1 lb. fry chix
Directions

1Combine soy sauce and next 6 ingredients into an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.

2Add chix, turning to coat; cover and refrigerate 2 hours (turning occasionally).

3Remove chix from marinade.

4Place marinated chix on lightly greased cookie sheet or pan.

5Broil 7 minutes on each side or until done.

6Yields 8 to 10 servings.
