  • 2 ounces sherry vinegar
  • 2 ounces water
  • 1 cup sugar

    In a small saucepan, bring ingredients to a boil. Stir in sugar and simmer for 20 minutes. Fine-strain into a heatproof jar. Let cool, and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
