- 1/3 cup firmly packed fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 slices lemon
Directions

1Combine 5 cups water, mint and ginger in a small saucepan on medium heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 mins. Strain, discarding mint and ginger. Stir in honey.
