  • Salt And Pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 teaspoons Minced Fresh Ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 2 cups Orange Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Grated Orange Peel
  • 3/4 cups Scallions, Thinly Sliced

    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste; dust with flour.

    Melt butter with oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
