- 2 1/2 c. canned pears and juice
- 1/2 c. candied ginger
- 2 lemons
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. pectin
- 1/2 c. molasses
Directions

1Chop pears; add juice, finely chopped ginger, juice of lemon and grated rind, sugar and molasses.

2Cook slowly in a heavy saucepan for 10 minutes.

3Add pectin and boil rapidly 5 minutes. Pack in hot jars and seal at once.
