- 1 boneless pork roast
- 1 Tbsp. ginger, cut up
- 3/4 c. three fruit Bundee marmalade
- 2 tsp. rosemary
- 1 c. wine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Put pork in pan; sprinkle with salt, pepper, rosemary and ginger.

3Pour 1 cup of wine in pan.

4Cook and bake 1 hour.

5Remove pan from oven.

6Place marmalade in small bowl.

7Add pan drippings; mix well.

8Pour over meat.
-
9Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, basting meat.

10Serve pork with pan juices.
