Ginger Pork Dumplings

Ingredients
- 1/2 cups Chopped Green Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger, Minced
- 1 pound Ground Pork
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce, to taste
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 package Wonton Wrappers

2Saute onions, garlic, and ginger till soft.

3Set aside to cool.

4Mix pork, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt/pepper, and cooled veggies together in a bowl.

5Mix until everything is evenly distributed.

6Form each dumpling by placing a spoonful of the meat mixture into the center of one wonton wrapper.

7Dab your fingertip in water and trace the edges of the wrapper to help it stick.

8Pull up the corners and seal the edges (see related link for more details).

9After assembling all of your dumplings (around 30 total), heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a pan.

10Place your dumplings in the oil and sear the bottoms golden brown.

11Then pour in about 1/4 cup of water and lid the pan immediately.

12Let the dumplings steam for about 1-2 minutes.

13Serve with soy/vinegar dipping sauce (see link).
