- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 - 1 cup crystallized ginger, chopped
Directions

1Mix flour to salt ingredients well.

2Cream butter and sugar together and add to dry ingredients.

3Fold in crystallized ginger. Mixture will be crumbly.

4Place in a buttered 9x9 inch pan and bake at 350* for 45 minutes.

5Cut while still warm.
