  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1 Tbsp. soda
  • 1 cup molasses
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 5 cups flour
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

    Shape into 1 inch balls.
