- 6 medium carrots
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Peel carrots and cut in 1/2-inch slices.

2Put in buttered 1-quart casserole dish.

3Mix lemon juice and seasonings; pour over carrots.

4Dot with margarine.

5Cover and bake in hot oven (400°) for 1 hour, or until carrots are tender.
