  • 1-78 ounces, weight Baby Corn
  • 2 tablespoons, 2 teaspoons, 1-78 pinches Teriyaki Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons, 2-78 pinches Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Mirin
  • 1/2 teaspoons Peanut Oil
  • 38 ounces, weight Ginger
  • 1-78 ounces, weight Bean Sprouts

    Cut beef in strips.

    Wash snow peas and broccoli and cut broccoli in small florets.

    Cut baby corn lengthwise in half.

    Combine teriyaki, hoisin sauce, and mirin in a small bowl.

    Heat half the oil in a wok and stir-fry beef until browned.

    Take beef out of the wok and set aside.
