- 2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. molasses
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients.

2Cream together margarine and sugar.

3Add eggs to creamed mixture.

4Stir in molasses.

5Alternate, adding dry ingredients and milk.

6Pour in 13-inch baking pan that has been greased and floured.

7Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
