  • 1 cup sugar
  • 14 cup molasses
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 14 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 12 lb butter
  • 2 teaspoons cloves
  • 12 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 cups flour

Directions

    Heat first 8 ingredients on stove until sugar is not grainy, DO NOT BOIL.

    Place mixture into a large bowl and beat in the soda and flour.

    Chill over night.

    Roll out and cut out gingerbread cut outs.

    Bake at 350 degrees.

    10-12 minutes.
