- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2/3 c. fruit sweetener
- 1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
- 2 egg whites
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. allspice
Directions

1In large bowl, cream together margarine, fruit sweetener and yogurt.

2When well blended, beat in egg whites.

3Combine dry ingredients separately and add to batter.

4Pour into a 9 x 9-inch pan which has been sprayed with nonstick coating.

5Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

6Makes 16 pieces.
