  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. Crisco oil
  • 1/3 c. dark molasses
  • 2 tsp. ginger

    Combine ingredients (will be soft).

    Refrigerate 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375°.

    Roll to 1/4-inch on lightly floured surface.

    Cut out and place on cookie sheet 3-inches apart. Decorate.

    Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are brown.
