Ingredients

  • 2 cans mushrooms soup
  • 1 large can enchilada sauce
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. chopped olives
  • 3 lb. hamburger
  • lots of onion
  • 1 pkg. tortillas
  • chicken
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. stuffed green olives
  • 3 or 4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. each: thyme, salt and pepper

Directions

    Brown chicken; remove from pan.

    Add the onion, garlic and green pepper; cook until tender.

    Return chicken to pan.

    Add the remaining ingredients.

    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour, until the chicken is tender.
