- 1 large can enchilada sauce
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. chopped olives
- 3 lb. hamburger
- lots of onion
- 1 pkg. tortillas
- chicken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. stuffed green olives
- 3 or 4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. each: thyme, salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown chicken; remove from pan.

2Add the onion, garlic and green pepper; cook until tender.

3Return chicken to pan.

4Add the remaining ingredients.

5Cover and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour, until the chicken is tender.
