- 2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 1/2 c. molasses
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. sweet milk
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Beat Crisco, molasses, eggs and sugar until fluffy; sift flour and spices together and add to molasses mixture and milk.

2Bake in Bundt pan for 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.

3Glaze with a thin glaze of corn syrup (good with Cool Whip).
