- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 14 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 12 cups canned beets, drained
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Directions

1In a saucepan, blend sugar, ginger and cornstarch and gradually add the vinegar.
