  • 13 cup sugar
  • 34 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 14 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 12 cups canned beets, drained
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Directions

    In a saucepan, blend sugar, ginger and cornstarch and gradually add the vinegar.
