- 1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into julienned strips
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp. powdered ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

2Add carrots. Bring to a boil. Cook 5 to 6 minutes until tender.
