Gingered Chicken Bake

- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 2 whole chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, divided
- 3 large potatoes, cubed
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 c. water
- 1 pkg. frozen French-style green beans, thawed and drained or 1 can green beans, drained
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients and coat chicken.

2In pan brown chicken in 2 tablespoons of margarine.

3Remove to 2 quart casserole.

4Add remaining margarine to pan and brown potatoes and onion.

5Stir in reserved flour then water.

6Cook and stir until thickened.

7Stir in beans.
