- 1 small red onion (julienne)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. dry ginger
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Shred cabbage, discarding tough outer leaves.
