- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen unsweetened peaches, thawed
- 1 c. coarsely chopped fresh pear, with or without peel
- 1 c. (medium size) coarsely chopped apple, with or without peel
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 tsp. ginger
Directions

1In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.

2In small jar, stir together remaining ingredients; pour over fruits, tossing to blend.

3Cover and refrigerate 4 to 8 hours.
