- 4 loin pork chops
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground sage
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 c. orange juice
Directions

1Sprinkle pork chops evenly with salt, pepper and sage.

2Saute chops in margarine in a large skillet about 10 minutes on each side, until browned.

3Remove meat; set aside.

4Add mushrooms and spices to skillet; saute until mushrooms are tender.

5Stir in orange juice; cook 2 minutes longer.

6Return meat to skillet; heat until piping hot.
