- 1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. tofu
- 1 tsp. ground ginger or 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger
- granulated garlic
- soy sauce/tamari
Directions

1Drain tofu, rinse, dry on a towel and cut into 1/2 to 1 inch cubes.

2Heat oil in wok or skillet until quite hot.

3Add tofu.

4Fry until lightly golden.

5Lower heat.

6Add ginger, garlic to taste and a little tamari if desired.

7Kids like it like this or set this aside and add it to stir-fried veggies.
