Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water, Boiling Hot
  • 2 bags Black, Orange Pekoe, Individual Serving Size Teabags
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon, Ground
  • 1/4 teaspoons Allspice (ground)
  • 2 teaspoons Molasses, Divided
  • 4 teaspoons Honey, Divided

Directions

    Use a French press, or a small pot with a tight fitting lid, as your steeping vessel.

    Put the tea bags, ginger, cinnamon, and allspice into your French press or pot. Pour boiling water over the top. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Then remove the lid and remove tea bags. Put the lid back on and steep for an additional 5 minutes.

    Meanwhile, add 1/4 teaspoon molasses and 1 teaspoon of honey into each mug. When tea has finished steeping, strain tea into mugs and stir.
