  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 Tbsp. molasses
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 c. sugar (for dipping)

Directions

    Mix oil and sugar, add egg and beat well.

    Stir in molasses. Sift in dry ingredients.

    Roll in 1-inch balls and dip in sugar. Bake at 350° for approximately 10 minutes.
