  • 5 cups sugar
  • 1 -2 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated (or substitute 1-2 T. candied ginger, minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
