  • 2 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup Land O Lakes Butter
  • 1 pound Spanish peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

    Butter 2 (15x10x1-inch) baking pans; set aside.

    Place sugar, water and light corn syrup into saucepan.

    Bring to a boil over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 280F.
