- 2 lb. chicken gizzards
- 8 oz. can mushrooms with juice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 box julienne potatoes with cheese
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in large casserole dish.

2Bake at 350° for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, or until gizzards are tender.

3Or use a crock-pot, reducing water to 1 cup and cooking on low for 9 hours.
