  • 2 lb. chicken gizzards
  • 8 oz. can mushrooms with juice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 box julienne potatoes with cheese
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 2 c. water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in large casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, or until gizzards are tender.

    Or use a crock-pot, reducing water to 1 cup and cooking on low for 9 hours.
