  • 3/4 c. oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 10 oz. apple jelly
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Heat ketchup, water and apple jelly.

    Drop in meat balls. Make them small.

    Simmer until done (about 45 minutes).

    Turn balls after 20 minutes for even glazing.

    Top with sour cream.
