- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 10 oz. apple jelly
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Heat ketchup, water and apple jelly.

2Drop in meat balls. Make them small.

3Simmer until done (about 45 minutes).

4Turn balls after 20 minutes for even glazing.

5Top with sour cream.
